Today I would like to make omelette toast.
This recipe is easy to make in one frying pan.
I will also sweeten the omelet a bit to create a sweet and savory omelet toast.
The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make.

Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients.
Here are the ingredients.
Bread, melted sliced cheese, ham, eggs, mayonnaise, sugar, water, salted butter, this time we will use these ingredients.
First of all, the bread, this time we’re going to use 6 slices of bread.
Can also use 4 slices if you prefer.
However, 8 slices are a little too thin, so 4, 6, or 5 slices are recommended.
I think the first 6 slices are the most basic.
And this time it’s an omelette toast, and I’m going to add ham and cheese together and bake it.
For the cheese, I used melted sliced cheese, but you can also use pizza cheese, regular sliced cheese, or sliced cheddar cheese.
Can use whatever you prefer.
And the key to making the eggs fluffy is to add mayonnaise, which gives the eggs a soft texture.
This time I want to make the eggs themselves a little sweeter and the overall finish sweet and sour.
If you just don’t like sweet eggs, you can season this one to your liking.

Can of course use a round frying pan here.
Then put the butter on the heat.
Heat is on medium.
Melt butter once.
Melt it while spreading it throughout.
When butter is melted, reduce heat to medium-low.
Then place the ear of this bread and press it down firmly.
And pour the egg mixture here.
It’s okay if it sticks out a little bit like this.
Then continue and put two pieces of ham on here.

Then here is the melted cheese.
Put it on like this, then cover it.

Let’s wait until the eggs are cooked like this.
That’s roughly 3 minutes.
When you see that the eggs are cooked well like this, then flip them over.

Now it bakes for about 1 minute on one side.
I think it’s about a low to medium heat.
If one side is well browned, it’s OK.

First of all, the bread, this time I’m using 6 slices.
If you use 8 slices, the eggs will overflow, so use 6, 5 or 4 slices.
And I add a little bit of mayonnaise this time in the eggs.
The addition of mayonnaise makes the eggs fluffy, soft, and firm.
Just be sure to mix thoroughly so that no mayonnaise lumps remain.
Normally, when I add mayonnaise to eggs, I add mayonnaise after it is dissolved in water, but with this amount of mayonnaise, if you add it directly and mix it well, there will be no lumps, so you can add it directly.
I also made the omelette sweeter this time.
The sweetened finish gives it a sweet and sour taste.
If you just don’t like it a little sweet, you can of course season this one to your liking.
Then leave about 1 cm of the bread bag and hollow out the middle.
And when you’re baking, this time I’m using an egg cooker.
The egg cooker is just large enough to fit one slice of bread, so if you have one, I recommend you use that.
If you don’t have one, you can of course use a round pan.
If the egg mixture flows out, you can bake it as it is, or if it hardens a little, you can put the hardened mixture back in this frame.
Then pour in the egg mixture, cover with the ham and cheese, and bake for about 3 minutes until browned.
And when done, turn over and cook one side until browned as well.
I only used ham and cheese this time, but I think it would be delicious with frozen vegetable mix or something else.
Can do it however you like.
