【ASMR】Zucchini with tuna - ズッキーニのツナ和え ‐
Thinly sliced zucchini and tossed with tuna.
ズッキーニを薄切りにし、ツナと和えました。
【Zucchini with tuna】
zucchini・・・・・・・１
salt・・・・・・・・・a little
mayonnaise・・・・・10g
ｍentsuyu・・・・・・5cc
canned tuna ・・・・・70g
① Cut the zucchini into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and leave for about 10 minutes.
② Squeeze out the water and mix mayonnaise, mentsuyu and tuna to complete.

ズッキーニ・・・・・・・１本
塩・・・・・・・少々
マヨネーズ・・・・・・10g
めんつゆ・・・・・・・５cc
ツナ缶・・・・・・・・７０ｇ
●作り方
①ズッキーニを薄切りにし、塩を振って10分程度おく
②水気を絞り、マヨネーズ・めんつゆ・ツナを混ぜて完成
