旦那様の調理姿、奥様の丁寧な接客、感心しました。繁盛する意味が分かります。
お店の感じも良いし、美味しそうですね(*'▽')
メニューが各所で見掛ける台湾料理のお店と同じだが、味も接客も店によってかなりレベルの差があるなあという印象がある。こちらの様に賑わうお店もあれば閑古鳥が泣きいつの間にか閉店してしまってる店も多い。こちらの御主人は料理を表彰されてるくらいだから間違いないんだろうな。辛くなさそうなスープが白い台湾ラーメン…食べてみたいな😋
