And here are the ingredients for the braised hamburger sauce. Here are the ingredients. Shimeji mushrooms, onions, ketchup, chuno sauce, salted butter, sugar, potassium consommé, and water. I will make it with these ingredients. I’ll use shimeji mushrooms, but you can substitute mushrooms or any other mushrooms you like.

When shaping the hamburger, it’s easier to work with a thin layer of oil on your hands. I’m going to make three pieces, so just roughly. Going to divide it into thirds. I take it in my hand, first of all, and I let the air out as I form it.

If there’s air in the hamburger, it’s going to cause it to crack when it’s baking, so let’s make sure we get all the air out of it. Shaping. Put it on the bat and shape it a little bit.

And on the bat, make sure that you have a thin layer of salad oil on it. Shaped like this. And the middle of the hamburger is not as well cooked as the middle of the cat, so you want the middle to be a little bit concave. Let’s make a dent like this.

Then I turn the heat down to low. And then I put the lid on and let it steam for 3 minutes. Now it’s been 3 minutes. Now we’re going to open the lid. Ta-da. This is how plump and fluffy the hamburger is. Even if the meat is not fully cooked, it’s okay.

After this… we’re going to cook it. And then I’ll take this hamburger out. And then I’ll finish the sauce in this same pan. First I turn off the heat and ketchup. And then the chuno sauce. And sugar. And downstream consommé. And butter. I’ll put it in. And let’s add water.

Once it’s on the fire. And let’s mix it. With the hamburger in there, it’s hard to mix the sauce, so I’m going to take the hamburger out once and mix the sauce properly and then put the hamburger back in. I’ll put the hamburger back in when the skin of the pan is fluffy.

Have ho. Have ho. Have a little sauce, either with a ladle or a spoon. And then you just pour it on lightly, and then you put the lid back on and turn the heat down to a low simmer. And let it simmer for 5 minutes. Five minutes have passed
