  1. Very easy recipe ! I would agree that more salt is needed mainly because of the ground beef needs it just as much. Likely season the ground beef with salt and pepper to take out the blandness then, maybe a half teaspoon of salt when cooking the Daikon radish. I have no idea what a Daikon radish tastes like !

  3. I have to say, I do prefer this channel over the other. Mr cameraman on the other channel goes a little overboard with the YouTube clickbait titles and dishes, each one is a little more over the top with "!!graphic warnings!!" everywhere. Many videos seem to be done as an excuse to post the dispatch of the foodstuff and not really for the food itself. I much prefer this style of videos. Simple, and much more authentic. Keep up the good work, more homestyle Japanese cooking please.

  4. I have seen a lot of boiled meat on bone get blanched first to remove the blood. There realy isn't a way to do that here. I did see a little foam that could have been skimmed, but it went by to fast. Really a great way to enjoy radish and beef, two great tastes at once. Good job.

  5. I so love this.. Daikon No Soboro An Kake! when I make your recipe everyone likes it. Make with plenty shiru… Everyone puts daikon and hamburger over and shiru all over. Not even Piro Piro 4 but… Piro Piro 10 so so SAIKOU!
