This is why many other countries have more healthy people, most of their food are fresh prepared meals, with natural ingredients at any restaurant. In America, they give you lots of processed foods, and many places microwave the crap out of your food instead of making fresh.

While in the US, it’s all hotel management major undergrads who pull out food from cans or bags. No real food.
