【男の自炊】#258 豆腐とワカメのピリ辛サラダ “Spicy Tofu & Wakame Seaweed Salad”
豆腐とワカメのピリ辛サラダを作りました！
生ワカメが安く手に入ったので作ってみましたが、食感が良く美味しかったです。
【材料】
・豆腐：300g
・ワカメ：50g
・レタス：2枚
・醤油：大さじ1
・ごま油：大さじ1
・酢：大さじ1
・青葱：適量
・白煎り胡麻：大さじ1
・一味唐辛子：小さじ1/2
【作り方】
１．豆腐、ワカメ、レタスを食べやすい大きさに切り、器に盛り付ける。
２．醤油、ごま油、酢、青葱、胡麻、唐辛子を混ぜ、１の上からかけてできあがり！

I made Spicy Tofu & Wakame Seaweed Salad!
I got fresh wakame seaweed cheaply, so I tried making it.
The texture was good and it was delicious.
[Ingredients]
-tofu : 300g
-wakame seaweed : 50g
-lettuce : 2 leaves
-soy sauce : 1 tbsp
-sesame oil : 1 tbsp
-vinegar : 1 tbsp
-green onion : proper quantity
-toasted white sesame seeds : 1 tbsp
-cayenne pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
[Recipe]
1.Cut the tofu, wakame seaweed, and lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and serve on a plate.
2.Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili peppers, pour over the mixture from Step 1, and it’s done!
