【トマトとしらすの冷製パスタ】
「暑くて何もしたくない！出来るだけ動きたくない！でもお腹は空いた～！」そんな毎日が続きます。出来る限り体温を上げることは避けたいところですよね。
そこで今回は、そんな時のスーパーお助けレシピ、〝コンロを使わない！混ぜるだけで出来上がる簡単冷製パスタ〟を作っていきます。
パスタはもちろんレンジでチン！！コンロにはゆっくり休んでもらいます。
そして、パスタをレンジ調理している間に、具材と調味料を用意して、レンジで出来上がったパスタを氷水でキンキンに冷やして混ぜるだけ！
冷たくてさっぱり美味しく、一気に涼しくなりますよ。作業中も涼しく、食べても涼しい、良いこと尽くしのイチオシパスタです。

パスタ(早茹で3分タイプ) 200g
トマト 1/2個
しらす 大さじ2
しそ 2〜3枚
オリーブオイル 大さじ1〜
めんつゆ 大さじ1
すりごま 大さじ1
にんにく 少々
