でも、食べるとおいしい魚です。
動画では、石狩で釣れたガヤ（エゾメバル）とクロソイを使用してます。
塩焼き・煮付けはもちろんおいしいのですが、私の一番のおすすめは、
この『コンソメ煮』です。
魚臭さ・クセもなく、子供からお年寄りまで好んで食べれると思います。
料理方法も、捌く→野菜と一緒に煮るだけなので、料理初心者でも簡単です。
味噌汁は二日目がまずいですが、これは二日目もおいしく食べれます。
たくさん釣った時にたくさん作れば次の日も料理の楽できます。
是非一度、作って食べてみてください。スープも飲み干すうまさです。
白身魚は身がしっかりしていれば何でも大丈夫な気がします。
