Avocado and Smoked Salmon Sushi Bowl
Avocado and smoked salmon sushi bowl is an easy main dish for your dinner. Just a few ingredients is all you need!

For 4 people
【Rice ingredients】
300g Rice, 400cc Water
【Sushi dressing】
3 tablespoon Japanese vinegar (Apple cider vinegar), 2 tablespoon Sugar, 1 teaspoon Salt
【Sushi topping】
1 Avocado, 100g Smoked salmon, 50g Rocket, 1 slice Seaweed, ¼ Lemon
【Instructions】
1. Cook the rice in a pot.

2. Make the sushi dressing by whisking all the ingredients together. Pour most of the dressing over the rice and mix well.
3. Cut the avocado into small cubes. Then pour some lemon juice over the avocado.
4. Then cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.
5. Put rice and sushi dressing into the large bowl and mix them.
6. Put the sushi rice in a bowl then add some rocket, smoked salmon, avocado. Sprinkle matchstick-sized strips over the top.
7. Finally add some soy sauce and a a squeeze of lemon, if preferable.
8. Enjoy some delicious, quick sushi bowl!
