ベトナム風、ローストレモングラスチキン!- Roast lemongrass chicken

庭のレモングラスがよく育ったので、それを使ってローストチキンを作りました。ベトナム料理がお好きな方におすすめです!

Ingredients:
Roast chicken
1 whole chicken
– Chicken marinade sauce
1/3 cup(250 ml) chopped lemongrass – leave 1/4 for dressing
5 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs crushed garlic
1/2 – 1 tbs chilli flakes (at your own risk)
1 tbs honey
2 tsp salt
– Dressing/sauce just before serving
1 bunch coriander
3 tbs fish sauce
3 tbs lemon juice
rest of lemongrass

Roast potatoes
6 potatoes or more as you like
– Butter mix
2 tbs melted butter
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed garlic

For 45 to 55 mins in preheated oven at 200 degree
