  1. いつも茹で汁をいれるところで「あひゃ〜〜〜!掃除!!!!」って思ってしまってなかなか作れない……
    どうせなに作ったところで油跳ねるんだケドね……

  2. Great video, but to improve the recipe :
    Reduce heat while sweating the chili and garlic, it shouldn't fry but sweat. You are burning the first dose of olive oil which is undesirable.
    Add a more pasta water to emulsify better.
    And add cheese, but I guess it might be hard to come by.

    Overall you should reduce heat

  4. I thought you were not supposed to burn the garlic and chilli like that. I know its
    Spaghetti Aglio Olio E Peperoncino (Burnt Garlic Spaghetti) but burnt garlic tastes bitter.
