正直、ポテトより断トツでウマい!生クリーム無しで濃厚簡単【ハロウィングラタン】

These pumpkins are big and delicious. I am RYUJI, a chef. I will introduce today’s dish. October is approaching Halloween. During the Halloween season, I often share pumpkin recipes. It’s a recipe that can be used for Halloween as well. This time, I will make the most delicious pumpkin gratin.

This is an orthodox pumpkin gratin. I don’t use whipping cream. I use soy milk. I make soft pumpkin gratin. This is RYUJI’s BUZZ recipe. I will introduce the ingredients. 200 grams of squash, pitted, already cut. This is 60 grams of onions. This is one clove of garlic. 1/2 chicken thigh.

This is 150 to 160 grams. These are 10 grams of butter and 50 grams of pizza cheese. I use these ingredients to cook. Other seasonings are listed in the summary column. I start cooking I will tell you what is important to make a really good pumpkin gratin. I developed this recipe for Halloween.

Bring out the fragrance of the garlic. You may wonder if garlic goes well with gratin. There is a reason to add garlic. I don’t really like pumpkins. But I can eat salty pumpkin. I add garlic flavor to the pumpkin. Then the pumpkin will have a strong flavor and goes well with alcohol.

Stir-fry onions and chicken thighs. Cook the chicken skin until fragrant. Cook the chicken skin to release the chicken fat. You might have a vague idea that bechamel sauce is used for gratin. I make the bechamel sauce in the pan at the same time as the other ingredients.

By adding consomme, umami is born. Add 2 teaspoons of cake flour. Here are the ingredients for the bechamel sauce. Bechamel sauce is made from milk and flour. Thicken the bechamel sauce with flour. At this point, if the pumpkin is hard. Steam the pumpkin.

If the pumpkin is soft, you don’t need to steam it. At first I said 2 and a half minutes of microwave heating time. If the pumpkin is hard, you can heat it for about 3 minutes without any problem. If the pumpkin is cooked through, it’s good. I steamed the pumpkin.

If the fork pokes into the pumpkin without applying force, you’re good to go. Please add soy milk. Please put 250cc of soy milk. I added cold soy milk. Boil this. This turned out to be a viscous bechamel sauce.

This is proof that the pumpkin has lost its shape and the cake cake flour has started to harden. When it looks like this, it’s completely inside the gratin. Boil this down until it reaches this state. You don’t need nutmeg if you don’t have it. Sprinkle nutmeg three times.

The addition of nutmeg transforms this gratin to a restaurant-like taste. For those who have nutmeg, add this. You don’t need nutmeg if you don’t have it. This gratin is delicious even without adding nutmeg. If you don’t have soy milk, milk is fine. These pumpkins are big and delicious.

Put this in a heatproof dish. Put pizza cheese on this. Because this is a gratin. Use a heat-resistant container. It is a bakeware that can be used in the oven. You can also use a toaster oven. Cook this in a toaster oven at 250 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

    カボチャ苦手な子供でもとっつきやすいように(騙されて食べるように)マカロニもプラスして作りました😊
    豆乳は普段使わないので小さい200mlのものと足りない分は牛乳を加えました。
    結果、カボチャは普段手をつけない子ですが、『これカボチャ入ってる?😥』と言いながらも、今日は完食しました。

  15. 無調整豆乳か調整豆乳悩んだので検索したところおかず系は無調整豆乳がいいと出てきたので無調整豆乳で作りました!
    無調整豆乳の大豆強すぎる味が苦手でしたが全く気にならないしニンニクやナツメグもカボチャの甘さといい感じにあいすぎてこれは絶対リピートします🎃
    ホワイトソース作るのもとっても簡単すぎて美味しかったです。
