I visited famous Miso Ramen restaurant called Sumire.
Sumire serves very high quality miso ramen.
Its HQ is located in Hokkaido but we can have its ramen in other places too.
This miso ramen tastes really rich.
It’s completely different from Miso soup, it’s much more tasty.
Miso is one of traditional Japanese seasoning and it’s of course good with ramen.
If you haven’t tried miso ramen yet, try once!

Making me wish we had this where I live
It's quite refreshing to watch an actual Japanese person doing a food channel in English. Good job! My only comments are: keep only relevant text on screen with a good font; and go easy on the sound effects. Non-Japanese audiences have a slightly different sense of humour. Ganbatte kudasai!

Best ramen I've ever had was Spicy Miso in Hokkaido in Susukino mall. That was over 15 years ago, and I still think about it.
Really liking a local showing cool food places but in english! keep up the good work!! 🙂
