Hawaiian Poke Recipe | In 5 Minutes | #shorts
In this video, we make a healthy Poke recipe that takes no longer than 5 minutes. You don’t have to cook a single thing and it really takes no effort at all. We used a mixture of tuna and salmon to maximize the protein and lower the fats in the dish. Try this out for yourselves and let us know if you liked it!

Ingredients:
3 oz. Tuna (sashimi grade)
3 oz. Salmon (sashimi grade)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions
2 nubs of ginger
1 cup of rice
2 tbsp rice seasoning (furikake)
Recipe:
1. Make marinade: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sesame oil
2. Cut up Sashimi into bite sized (1 inch cubes are the way to go!)
3. Mix Sashimi with marinade and let it rest for 10 minutes
4. Assemble with whatever toppings you like!
