The Master of Salmon
Today, I ordered Salmon Hoe-deopbap for delivery.
Salmon hoe-deopbap is salmon-don.
Many of my subscribers talk about
the hoe-deopbap dish in Ara Tuna
looks delicious,
so I ordered salmon hoe-deopbap today.
It’s not from Ara Tuna though.
This place seems to specialize in salmon.
The name of the restaurant is Master of Salmon.
It’s inside the bag as a whole.
This seems to be the salmon hoe-deopbap I’ve ordered.
Other things came together too.
What is this sauce?
Oh, it’s gochujang.
They’re gochujang, wasabi, and mini ginger.
Is this the miso soup?
And this is the salmon over rice.
Wow, it looks delicious.
This looks nice.
The salmons are kind of hidden
but full of them inside.
Also a lot of veggies.
It feels good.
Yeah, this is the dumpling.
They gave me free fried dumplings.
Full of scallions too.
I got free fried gyozas, when I already bought
a lot of deep-fried foods from the market.
Never mind, I should have them together.
The price for this salmon hoe-deopbap is
10,000 won, about 1,000 yen.
And today’s beverage is water.
Then let me try them out.

First, let me add some soy sauce.
Only stir the above.
I don’t prefer mixing foods,
so let me slightly stir the top.
Stir the side dishes but not the rice.

I like the side dishes in Lotte Premium Mart.
I go there very often.
I also like E-mart.
But Lotte Premium Mart is more delicious.
The sweet potato is the main, sweet and nice.

It’s filled with harusame(Japanese glass noodle)
and veggies, nice and luxurious.
Delicious.
It seemed to have a large portion, but I had it easily.
Only a little salmon over rice left too.
Why is this container so hard to eat?

I think the salmon over rice today
is from a salmon restaurant. I can tell it
from the menu and the name of the place.
It was very delicious.
The salmon was truly fresh
and full of fat,
so tasty and enjoyable.
The portion was quite large and the veggies so crispy.
The side dishes I bought were all good.
Especially, this bone-in meat had a large portion.
The tteok-galbi tasted sweet and soft.

And the Ara Tuna, I ordered from them
several times to shoot a video.
But when I placed an order, it got canceled after 30 mins.
They don’t deliver lately, which is quite sad.
I’m thinking about just visiting the restaurant.
Oh, and I didn’t do Today’s Korean.

The veggie inside…
and the one on top of the dumpling is
파(scallion), negi in Japanese.
It’s 파.
파(negi=scallion)
And onions are 양파(tamanegi).
The letter 양 is the Chinese letter ‘ocean.’
양파(tamanegi) means the scallion from overseas.
And rice is 쌀(okome).
This is hard to pronounce.
쌀 (okome=rice)
I’m not sure if the pronunciation is correct.
I wrote it so please check the subtitle.
Okome is 쌀(rice)
When you cook 쌀(rice), it becomes 밥(rice).
밥 (gohan=rice)
You can say 밥 주세요(A bowl of rice please).
It’s 밥 (gohan=rice).
And raw fish is 회(osashimi).
We say 생선회(raw fish)
or often just use 회.
Over rice dishes are donburi,밥(rice),don.
~don is 덮밥(~over rice).
A bowl of rice with something over.
So when we say 회덮밥(raw fish over rice),
it’s like sashimi-don or kaisendon.
They are often on the menu, so please try to remember.
