●Spaghetti with tuna and summer vegetable(for 2 people)
 160g pasta
 40g chicken of the sea
 1/2 eggplant
 1/4 zucchini
 2 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano
 some pepper
 some dry parsley
 2 tbsp EXV olive oil

●Tomato sauce
 1 can whole tomato
 1 clove garlic
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1/4 onion
 5 basil leaves
 some salt

    The pro secret to removing acidity of tomato sauce is by adding a little sugar.
    It gives the sauce a smoother flavour. Please try it & let me know what you think! :o)

    I have this fear for cooking (kinda) sushi-quality fish meat. I mean, they're already taste awesome eaten raw, so if my cooking ruins them I'll be very upset. But this recipes looks simple enough for me to try. So … from now on, I'll start to look at fish section at my local supermarket, in case I got a good deal for tuna meat~ 0w0
