So today I want to make an egg sandwich that is easy to make in a frying pan.
I’ve introduced many egg sandwiches in the past, but this time I’d like to introduce an egg sandwich.
Today, I’d like to show you a variation of the egg sandwich that has been talked about on Twitter for a while now.
It’s very easy to make, so please enjoy it until the end!

Here are the ingredients.
Bread. Eight slices.
Melted cheese, milk, eggs.
And mayonnaise, butter, and salt.
Now let’s make it.
First, crack an egg into a bowl.
Now I want to use plenty of eggs.
And then going to stir this in.
So I’m going to start out by stirring it in roughly like this.
I’m going to leave it like this for a while.

In this milk, first add mayonnaise.
Mix well here.
I’ve shown you before with omelettes, if you add mayonnaise to the eggs, it makes the eggs fluffier.
I’m going to add mayonnaise to the water in the milk and mix it thoroughly before mixing it in with the eggs.

Mayonnaise, milk and water.

The point is to mix it well here so that the eggs, the mayonnaise, and the milk are properly mixed together.
The eggs will be quite fluffy.
I put milk in this time, but you can also use water.

Finally, add a pinch or so of salt and mix.

And then going to make it with a piece of bread, so going to cut this piece of bread in half.

That’s butter in the frying pan.
Put the butter in the pan and put it on the heat.

And the size of the pan, it should be big enough to hold one slice of this bread, I think.
If it’s too big, the eggs will spread out too much, so I would recommend a size between 20 cm and 22 cm.
When the butter is getting hot, you add the eggs to the butter.
The heat should be medium-high.
Eggs are added.
Then mix lightly
And then you start to make the egg a little fluffy, so that it starts to harden around the edges, and then you start to peel it off.

    本格フレンチやから中華、和食まで作りますが、この玉子サンドは面白い作り方ですね。
    関東が玉子サラダ、関西が玉子焼きらしいです。
    厚焼きで真ん中が少しだけ半熟な絶妙なのを食べたら玉子サラダのは給べれなくなります。
    とても興味深いレシピですが、きゅうりが欲しい…
