【🇰🇷subキムチで2品】本場豚キムチ&海鮮チーズチヂミの作り方♪ #韓国料理

Helle, I’m Daily cooking Mom "OKAASAN". 
Today I will make pork kimchi and chijimi.
I introduced how to make kimchi in another video 
Of course, today’s menu can be made with commercially available kimchi.
Make fried kimchi and pork
Cut the kimchi into small pieces
If you cut the kimchi with scissors, the cutting board will not get dirty.
The only other ingredients are pork and onions
Cut the onion into 1 cm width
Cut the pork into 5 cm widths
Add potato starch to tofu and bake.
I recommend using hard tofu
Today I use firm tofu.
Fry the pork when the frying pan gets hot
You don’t need to put oil in the pan as the oil comes out of the pork
When the oil comes out of the pork, add the onions there
When the onions are cooked, add kimchi there.
When kimchi is fried, it becomes less sour.
When the whole mixes well, add the seasoning
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon gochujang 
1 tablespoon Korean soy sauce
Mix well and you’re done
Bake tofu
Add potato starch to both sides of the tofu
Bake with a lot of oil
Make Korean kimchi pancake chijimi
Finely chop the green onions and green onions
The chopped green onions and leeks can also be used for chijimi sauce.
You can make sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, chili pepper, chopped green onion and leek. 
Cut the kimchi into very small pieces

Make chijimi dough
You can bake 6 pancakes with a diameter of about 16 cm.
After loosening the eggs, add 200g of chijimi flour. 
You can make more delicious chijimi by using the chijimi pancake powder mix.
Chijimi flour mix can now be bought at ordinary Japanese supermarkets 
After mixing a little, add the kimchi water to it. 
I put 200cc of kimchi water 
If you don’t have kimchi water, add 200cc of water. 
Add other ingredients 
The dough is hard at first, but 
Add kimchi to soften the dough 
Add 200g of frozen seafood mix
Thaw seafood before use 
Add water little by little 
I added 50cc of water today
Add 200g of cheese 
The dough is now ready 
Warm the frying pan and spread the oil. 
When the oil is hot, add the dough and bake on medium heat. 
Kimchi pancakes are a little hard, so flatten them. 
Turn it over when the surface becomes fluffy 
If you bake with a lot of oil, you can bake crispy. 
Stir-fried sweet and spicy pork goes very well with tofu 
It goes well with white rice
Enjoy with beer today 
Chijimi is delicious even if you eat it as it is, and it is also delicious if you add sauce 
If you pickle kimchi yourself, you can use kimchi in various dishes.

***豚キムチ***
豚バラ肉      200g
キムチ       200g
玉ねぎ       1/2玉
砂糖        大さじ1
コチュジャン    大さじ1
韓国醤油      大さじ1
豆腐        1丁
片栗粉       適量
※韓国醤油が無い場合は普通の醤油大さじ1

***チヂミ***
チヂミ粉      200g
キムチ       200g
シーフードミックス 200g
チーズ       100g
卵         1個
長ネギ       1/2本
ニラ        1/2束
キムチの汁     200cc
水         50cc
※キムチの汁が無い場合は水250cc

***チヂミのタレ***
刻んだ長ネギ    大さじ1
刻んだニラ     大さじ1
醤油        大さじ1
砂糖        大さじ1
お酢        大さじ3
唐辛子       小さじ1
