First of all, let me introduce the ingredients for pancakes.
Here are the ingredients.
Chives, thin slices of pork belly, eggs, flour, potato starch, water, chicken soup stock, salt, sesame seeds, oil, and pancakes are made with these ingredients
This time, I want to make a very simple pancake with just these two ingredients: chives and pork.
You can add carrots or onions if you like.
For the pork, I used thin slices of pork belly, but you can also use shredded pork or cut-up pork if you prefer.
Now, let’s continue with the ingredients for the pancake sauce.
Here are the ingredients.
Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, white sesame seeds, sesame oil, pepper, scallions, and pancake sauce will be made with these ingredients.
If you want to add spiciness, try adding gochujang (red pepper paste) or raayu (Chinese red chili oil).
I will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible.

Let’s start by making the sauce for the pancakes.
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, a pinch or two of pepper, and white sesame seeds.
And when the sugar has lost its crunch, add the green onions.
And let’s mix it.
Now the sauce for the pancakes is ready.
Now you can taste and adjust the flavor to your liking.

First, cut the pork belly in half.
If you are using shredded meat or other cuts of meat, cut up the larger pieces if you have them.
If you don’t mind, you can use it as is.
Cut the meat like this.

Going to sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper on top of that, which is not part of the seasoning.
Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides like this.
Your meat is now ready.

First, put the eggs in a bowl.

Now going to add chicken broth, potato starch, and flour.
Add this without shaking and mix well.
Mix well to avoid lumps.

Heat the pan over medium heat, spreading the oil for 30 seconds first

Once it’s poured in, spread the chives all over.
Spread the chives evenly like this.

Then I put it on the fire again.
Cook over low-medium heat for about 4 minutes until the surface is browned.
Now 4 minutes have passed.
And then I’ll check the baking color.
It’s baked well.
Now let’s flip it over.
I’m going to tilt the pan a little bit.

It’s baked deliciously like this.
When you turn it over, let’s grill it while pressing it down a little on the back.
This makes the surface crispy.
One side is baked in the same way until it gets a nice brown color.
Now cooked it for about 2 minutes.
And then I’m going to check the browning again.
They look deliciously browned.
Then I turn off the heat.
If it is browned like this, it is OK.
Now I’d like to transfer it to a cutting board and cut it.
Now going to put it out on the cutting board.
