Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home First of all, let us start with the ingredients for cabbage rolls. Here are the ingredients. Cabbage, ground beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, potato starch, sugar, salt and pepper, and these ingredients. First, prepare 8 cabbage leaves this time.

If you have only small leaves, you can use several leaves on top of each other. And for ground meat, we will use ground beef. You can substitute ground pork or chicken. You can use any kind you like. And the key to meat sauce is mayonnaise. Adding mayonnaise makes it very tender and juicy.

Now let’s continue with the white sauce and other ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Milk, cream, salted butter, flour, cheese powder, water, granulated consommé, black pepper, and these ingredients. First of all, the base is milk, but this time we will use fresh cream. This makes it very thick and creamy.

The cream here will have 35% animal milk fat. And the key to the cream sauce is the cheese powder. Adding this powdered cheese gives it a rich and delicious finish. I will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible. Easy recipes at home Now let’s make it.

First I will heat the cabbage leaves in the microwave. I would like to briefly explain how to remove the cabbage leaves. I have already removed the leaves from the cabbage.

First of all, I’m going to cut a slit in the core that is connected to the leaf that is on the top surface of the cabbage. Make a quick cut with a knife like this. Now, put your hand slightly into this incised area and slowly peel it off. Take it off like this.

It tears a little bit when you take it, but it’s okay if it tears. Take 8 leaves like this. Then place the cabbage on a baking dish and wrap it. It’s going to be pretty voluminous, but wrap it fluffy. It’s like this.

Heat this in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 5 minutes. Heated for 5 minutes. Remove plastic wrap to avoid burns. It’s in a soft state like this. It is hot at this point, so be careful not to burn yourself. Then first take a piece of cabbage and wipe it dry thoroughly.

Once in the heatproof bowl, wrap the onions in fluffy plastic wrap to create a bit of an air opening. Then heat this in the microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute. Heated for 1 minute. Then I take the plastic wrap.

After taking off the plastic wrap, spread the onions in the bowl like this. And continue to take the onions off the heat thoroughly. Now I will make the meat sauce. First is the ground meat in a bowl. And here is the sugar. Rub the sugar in first.

This will add richness to the meat and make it even more tender. Now I will rub this in. Rub it in so thoroughly that it becomes sticky. After rubbing in the sugar, add two pinches of salt and pepper. Then it rubs again. First, rub it in thoroughly without adding any ingredients.

If you rub the meat for too long, the oil in the meat will gradually dissolve, so work quickly. OK. Now let’s add the ingredients here. First, I put in the cabbage core. Then add bread crumbs, potato starch, and thoroughly cooled onions.

At this point, be careful that the onions are not too hot or the meat will be cooked. Then add milk and mayonnaise here. Knead this thoroughly. Knead this firmly. Now I will spread it out and divide it into 8 equal parts since it is for 8 pieces this time. Roughly OK.

Divide into 8 equal parts like this. Now round up. When rounding, apply a thin layer of salad oil on your hands. This will keep the meatballs from sticking together. A piece of this is taken and aired out first. Then roll it into a bale shape. It looks like this.

Make a bale like this. Now let’s shape the rest in the same way. Round like this. I hope you can imagine a bale shape and round it up as roughly as you can. Now we will wrap it with cabbage. First, I put the cabbage and then we put the meat on here.

Put it in front of you like this. Then first take a roll. The first wrap should be a very tight round. Then fold in both ends. Fold this one in first. Fold this side in tightly. Here is the key point. Fold this one side in with roughly 1 cm extra. Like this.

Now I will wrap it around. Try to wrap it a little bit tighter. Wrapped. Then I’ll hold the one that I just left over about 1 cm with my finger. Then I push the cabbage in. It looks like this.

By pushing in only one side like this, you can neatly roll it up without using a toothpick. If you are really worried, use a toothpick or pasta to stop the end of the roll. Now, roll the rest in the same way. All the winding is finished.

So now going to cook this one with consommé. Easy recipes at home Now, first add the consommé granules to the water before simmering. And let’s mix it up. You don’t have to mix it all in, just about 50%. Now I will cook it using a frying pan.

First I will arrange the cabbage rolls in the pan. Arrange them in such a way that they are spit-tight. Then add the dissolved water and consommé that you just added. Then put this one on the heat. The heat is medium. First, let the water come to a boil. Boiled.

Once it boils, turn the heat down to low. Then put a drop lid here. This time I made it on a cookie sheet for ease. Now you can put a drop lid on it. And continue to simmer slowly over low heat for 30 minutes.

Now while it is simmering, we will make the white sauce in the microwave. First, put the butter in a heatproof bowl. Once here, heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 600 watts. Heated for 30 seconds. If the butter melts well, it is ready. Now let’s sift in the flour.

When you have sifted about a third of the flour, first mix it well in this state. Blend a little at a time because it tends to form lumps if you do it all at once. Then add again. Then mix. When well mixed, add the last addition. Then mix. Mix like this.

Then add milk to this mixture. Add milk a little at a time as well. Now mix thoroughly. Stretch gradually. Add again. Add the milk a little at a time at first to dissolve well, as it is very difficult to mix it all at once. When mixed, add again.

When the mixture has thickened considerably, increase the amount to be added. Then mix. And add again. Mix. When it is this crumbly, add all the remaining milk. Mix with this. After mixing well, cover with fluffy wrap and microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes. Cooked for 3 minutes. Once unwrapped.

Be careful not to burn yourself. Then mix this well. Mix it well so that there are no lumps. Well mixed. Now let’s do another fluffy wrap. Be sure to make one air inlet/outlet. Heat this in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 2 minutes. Heated for 2 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap.

The product is even hotter than before, so be careful not to burn yourself. Then mix well again. Please mix well until smooth. OK. Add cheese powder here. Then mix. The white sauce is now ready. Then I take the white sauce around this and put a piece of plastic wrap tightly over the surface.

This plastic wrap is placed on the surface to keep it from drying out. This one is left like this until it is used. Easy recipe for home 30 minutes have passed. Now, turn off the heat and remove the lid. It is finished like this. Now let’s take this cabbage roll out once.

Take it out once into the bat like this. Then add the white sauce you just made. You can put all of it in. And mix well first. It is not on fire first. When it is blended like this, stretch it with water a little bit here. Add about 150 ml of water.

Then mix it. Mix it well like this. I just added water at once, but it is a little difficult to mix, so I suggest you add it a little at a time. Then put the cabbage rolls back in. Again, be careful not to burn yourself. Pour the extra juice here.

Put this over the fire. The heat is low. Continue to cook in cream sauce. No need to cover. Simmer while pouring the cream sauce over the top with a rubber spatula. Be careful only not to lose shape. It’s ok to roll it around a bit. I just cooked it for 5 minutes.

Then pour the whipped cream at the end. Mix quickly. If you move the cabbage rolls around too much, they tend to fall apart, so mix the gaps like this. When the cream is mixed in all over, it is ready. Then turn off the heat.

When heating in the microwave, place the leaves on top of each other, wrap fluffy and heat for 5 minutes. Then remove and pat dry, but be careful not to burn yourself because the cabbage is hot. The core of the cabbage is thick, so cut off the thick part.

This will make it easier to roll the meat. And the core that you cut off, chop it up and put it in the meat sauce. That way you can serve it without wasting it. And this time I added mayonnaise to the meat sauce. Adding mayonnaise makes it very tender and juicy.

The first thing to do when making meatballs is to rub sugar into the meatballs. This will allow the sugar to permeate the meat, making it tender and rich. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper and knead thoroughly before adding the ingredients. The onions should be cooled before putting them in.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll them out with a little salad oil on your hands. This will keep the meatballs from sticking to your hands. And this is the point when you roll it.

When rolling up, first place the meatball in the center in front of you and roll it up in a single motion. The first roll should also be wrapped very tightly. And then fold the ends in after the first roll, but make sure to fold one end in with 1 cm to spare.

And when you wrap it all the way around, push the cabbage inside the one that has 1 cm extra. This way you can stop it without using a toothpick. Please try it this way. If the cabbage is torn, you can use several layers of cabbage and roll it up well.

I think it would be difficult to push the ends in, so I would suggest using a toothpick or dried noodles such as pasta to hold it in place. I would suggest using a frying pan or pot that fits the size of the pan or pot as well as possible.

This will prevent the cabbage from unrolling. When simmering, put a drop lid on top and cook. If you feel that there is not enough water while heating, you can add a little water. I would suggest adding a little more consommé or salt to adjust the flavor.

And this is the key to making the white sauce. This time I showed you how to make it easily in the microwave. First melt the butter and mix in the flour a few times, mixing well each time.

And when you have mixed it so that there are no lumps, add the milk again a little at a time and mix it in. If you add it all at once here, it will cause lumps to form. The bowl is very hot after heating, so please be careful not to burn yourself.

And once the cabbage rolls are done cooking, take out the cabbage rolls and add the white sauce and mix it thoroughly with the consommé soup. I put it all in at once, but I think it’s easier to mix if you divide it into several batches.

If you just add the white sauce, it will be a little sticky, so please add a little water. This may dilute the flavor again, so adjust the intensity of the flavor to your liking. Now put the cabbage rolls back in and cook for 5 minutes and finish with the cream.

When you add the cream, it is a little difficult to mix, but if you insert a rubber spatula or something to fill in the gaps, it will mix. If you have difficulty, you can take out the cabbage rolls and then add the cream and mix.

    〈ロールキャベツ〉コンソメで弱火で30分煮込む
    ・キャベツ 8枚
    ・合い挽き肉 300g
    ・玉ねぎ 1/2個
    ・牛乳 大さじ2.5
    ・パン粉 大さじ3
    ・マヨネーズ 大さじ1
    ・片栗粉 大さじ1
    ・砂糖 小さじ1/2

     ◎レンジの加熱時間
     ・ラップして600w 5分(キャベツを柔らかくするため)
     ・みじん切りした玉ねぎをラップして600w 1分
    ・有塩バター、薄力粉、牛乳を混ぜたらラップして600w 3分→混ぜてまたラップして600w 2分

    〈ホワイトソース その他〉
    ・牛乳 200ml
    ・生クリーム 50ml
    ・有塩バター 大さじ1(レンジで600w 30秒加熱して溶かす)
    ・薄力粉 大さじ1.5
    ・粉チーズ 大さじ1
    ・水 200ml(ロールキャベツを煮込む用), 150ml
    ・顆粒コンソメ 小さじ1.5(ロールキャベツを煮込む)
    ・黒胡椒 適量
