I would like to make garlic cheese toast today.
This time, I would like to make a very tasty garlic toast with cheese added to it.
It’s a garlic butter sauce to put on garlic toast, but this time I’d like to introduce a recipe that can be easily made in a microwave oven.
The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make.

Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients.
Here are the ingredients.
Bread, melted cheese, olive oil, unsalted butter, grated garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper, dried parsley.
This time, I will make it with these ingredients.
First of all, I’ll use 6 slices of bread.
You can use whatever thickness of bread you like.
And for the melted cheese, I’ll use melted cheese for pizza.
And the butter is unsalted butter this time.
If you only have unsalted butter, you can use salted butter.
If you use salted butter, you can either add no salt, or adjust to your liking.
If you use unsalted butter, you can adjust the intensity of the flavor to your liking, so I used unsalted butter in this case.
And also, this garlic, this time I’m going to use a tube of grated garlic for ease of use.
For a more aromatic version, use fresh grated garlic.
I’ll make it with these ingredients right away.

First going to make the garlic butter sauce.
Put the butter in a heatproof bowl.
And let’s put the olive oil in here.
And this one here, we’re going to heat it in the microwave 600W for 30 seconds.
Heated for 30 seconds.
Then going to melt the butter that’s not melted yet, and going to melt it very well.
OK, here I go.
If the butter does not melt, try heating it for an additional 10 seconds.
Then add the secret ingredient, sugar.
Adding this sugar gives it a rich flavor and makes it very tasty.
Now going to add sugar.
And then going to add the grated garlic.
First, let’s mix this in.
Mix thoroughly until the sugar is no longer tactile.

And then here’s the parsley and, you know, a couple of pinches of salt.
And the amount of salt, you know, you can change it to your liking.
But after that, the saltiness of the cheese comes in, so I recommend that you use less salt.
Now let’s mix this together.

Now I have our garlic cheese sauce.
And now going to spread this garlic butter sauce on the bread.
The grated garlic is quite submerged at the bottom, so going to spread it on, mixing it in well.
You can use a teaspoon or something like this to make it easier.

Smear it generously on the front like this.
Then cut the bread here.
Going to cut one piece of bread into 9 equal pieces.

If you only have unsalted butter, you don’t need to add salt.

I used a tube of grated garlic for this recipe because it’s easy to make.
You can use a tube of garlic as I did this time, but if you want a more garlicky experience, try grating fresh garlic.
And the garlic butter sauce is salty, but the cheese adds salt to the garlic butter sauce, so if you make the garlic butter sauce with less salt, I think you’ll get the right amount of flavor.
The toasting time will depend on the type of toaster you use, so please check the toasting time as you go.
I baked it at 1000W for about 5 minutes.
By the way, 1000W is about 230 degrees Celsius.
