材料:
ちくわ 8本
A片栗粉 60g
A薄力粉 40g
A卵 1個
Aピザ用チーズ 40g
A梅肉 大さじ2
A大葉(みじん切り) 2枚
A水 80ml
ごま油 大さじ1
作り方:
① ちくわを斜めの輪切りにする。
② ボウルにAを入れてよく混ぜる。さらに①のちくわを加え混ぜ合わせる。
③ フライパンにごま油をひき、②を入れ中火で加熱する。 両面こんがりと焼いたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
8 chikuwa (tube-shaped fish cake)
A:
60g potato starch
40g all-purpose flour
1 egg
40g pizza cheese
2 tablespoons ume (plum) paste
2 large shiso leaves (finely chopped)
80ml water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
PREPARATION
1. Cut the chikuwa diagonally into round slices.
2. In a bowl, mix all the A ingredients thoroughly. Then, add the sliced chikuwa to the mixture and combine well.
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and add the chikuwa mixture (from step 2).
4. Cook both sides until golden brown.
5. Enjoy!

What’s that hollow thing? What are those leaves? Is that oil or…? Is that a diarrhea tube? What’s that brown water dip?
That “music” is such an awful, 💩 noise and distraction. Enough that I didn’t even bother to watch the video.
