韓国で大人気!フレンチトーストの作り方!卵がたっぷり♪とろとろチーズと砂糖が入った悪魔のフレンチトーストです♪余ったパンの耳を使った簡単レシピもご紹介します♪【料理研究家ゆかり】

Today I made Korean-style French toast. Hello, I am Yukari, an egg sommelier. This is a channel where I share my love of eggs with you. I would like to share a lot of information about various egg dishes and eggs. Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make Korean style French toast. There was a channel that gave recipes for Korean soul food, and there was a French toast that looked crazy delicious. I’m not sure if this is the mainstream way to eat French toast in Korea, but I really wanted to try it, so I made it today. I’m thinking of making a snack that I used to eat when I was a little girl with the leftover bread ears since I don’t use them. Please have a look at it. Let me start with the material. Two 8 slices of bread and three eggs, we’re going to use more today. Melted cheese. Sugar and salt, divided into two sugar scenes because sugar appears twice. And butter. Now, first I’m going to cut the bread. Cutting this in a stack. Cutting on top of each other to match size. Cut like this. I’ll also make a simple version of the bread ear recipe I used to eat a lot at the end. So I cut it like this. I would like to put it once on a plate. I will use these two plates today. Now I will crack the eggs into the bowl. Where do you crack the eggs when you crack them? When cracking eggs, don’t crack them at the corners. If you crack the eggs with a corner, the shell will easily get into the egg, so if you do it on a flat surface or in the round part of the jar, you can crack the shell cleanly. Then here’s the salt. Add about two pinches of salt and mix. I always use only one egg for French toast, so I’m inclined to think that using three eggs is too much, but I don’t know. I would normally put this on a flat plate and soak the bread in it and cook it, but the characteristic of this French toast is that you don’t soak the bread, you just soak it in the pan as you cook it. Make sure to dissolve well, even the white meat. This French toast does not even use milk. It’s like the egg. It is ok like this. Prepare the frying pan. The frying pan will be made in a slightly larger pan, 28 cm this time. Now, first I will turn on the fire and turn the heat to medium. Once you get it to medium heat, put the butter in here. This butter is the type that comes in small portions, so this butter itself is 8 grams. If the butter is not divided into 4 small portions, 10 grams or so would be ok. This stretches well. I’ve recently started cooking in the kitchen, and I’d love to hear your comments on how you like it. Then it’s just a matter of time from here. When it starts to get a little fluffy, I pour in the eggs. I still think 3 eggs might be about right. And here it is. I wonder if this is how it should be. All right. Do it and turn this over once. Be careful not to burn yourself at this point. Looks delicious. It already looks delicious. I’m going to flip this one over and continue to cook it like this over medium heat. It already looks quite delicious. I’ve been looking at a lot of Korean recipes lately and I’ve noticed that a lot of people use wooden spatulas instead of rubber spatulas. So today I am using a wooden spatula for my own use. Let’s peel it around a little bit like this. When the bottom hardened, I was able to tear this off in a snap. Fold. It’s a little hot, so everyone be careful. It’s big and hard to do, so I’m going to rotate it a little bit. Fold like this. Here is the cheese, about 1/2 teaspoon sugar. This is that one. It’s the salty-sweet type. Then I fold this in half. I’m still not used to using a wooden spatula, so it’s difficult. Fold this in half. Flatten. Oh great. Looks insanely delicious. I’m baking like this right now. This side is pretty tender. This is turned over again. It wasn’t egged on here for a second. I baked it on both sides like this. Then I take this out once. I didn’t do it in the recipe, but I put a little bit of oil and here’s the sugar. Sugar papa papa. Pouring. It’s like caramelizing…at the end. I’m going to fire it up and put this back. Huw. Looks yummy. Baked with this. Then I flip it over. Oh my god it looks soooo delicious. I turn it over again. Looks so delicious. Looks really tasty with a nice browning. Now it is finished. Now I would like to cut. It’s bad, it’s melting quite a bit. The shine around here is also bad. Looks delicious. tenderloin Finished. Now, I would like to eat It tastes so good. The presence of the egg and the flavor of the egg is very good, and on top of that, the inside is very tasty because it’s so tender. The edges are full of egg. I only put 1/2 teaspoon of sugar inside, but I feel like I should put more. So I would like to do a follow-up maple syrup. I would like to have this as well. Let’s eat. Maple syrup and eggs go well together. It’s so delicious. The eggs are salted and salty, so you really only need to add a little bit of sweetness to bring out the egginess. So now I’d like to introduce a recipe that uses the leftover bread ears from French toast. Then I will divide this into 4 equal parts. About this much. This is butter. I’m going to add the extra portion that I just applied last to the pan and one more piece of butter and heat this in the microwave at 500 watts for 30 seconds. It melted like this. Then this lump is also melted at the end. Then I melt it with the residual heat and put this in here. I put it in and overall the bowl was a little small. Too small, so let’s hope for the best. Soak the bread like this. It’s a little sparse like this, but it’s ok. I’ll split it into two. I just had a sweet one so I’ll make a salt version and a sugar version. Put sugar on one side. Didn’t you eat this in the past? Bread with sugar sprinkled on it. I think it came out often in my house. This is salt. If you have had it, please give me a GOOD button. I’ll mix it after I sprinkle it on. The salt is also mixed in this way. Place the one you made on aluminum foil. This one is salt and this one is sugar. Now going to brown these in the toaster. It’s browning nicely. It’s done. This is salt and this is sugar. The result looks like this. Here is the finished product. Finished crispy. Let’s eat. Delicious. Tastes like old times. I can’t say enough about the savory and sugary taste. This salt over here, this is the first time I’ve made this. Whether the salt tastes good or not. Salt tastes good. The way I used to have them made, I used to fry the whole ear of this bread in oil. I used butter today, so instead of frying in oil, I melted the butter in the microwave, tossed it in the microwave, sprinkled some sugar on it, and then fried it. I used to just fry them in salad oil, so they didn’t have the buttery flavor, but it makes me feel a little more grown up. I really can’t stop. I’m going on a diet tomorrow. Today I made Korean style French toast. It is very tasty because the egginess increases very much when three eggs are added. I think you can do it with two or even one. If you beat one egg and dilute it a little with milk, you will have more liquid, so I would suggest adding about 50 ml of milk. I think it would be a good idea to dip the bread once in the liquid and bake it. I thought the amount of sugar I put inside might be too much because of the caramelized sugar on the outside, so I used 1/2 teaspoon, but I think it could have been a little more. I think it would have been nice to have a little more than that. I’ve posted a number of French toast recipes on my channel in the past, so be sure to check those out as well. I also have over 500 other egg recipes on my channel, so you can enjoy a lot of egg recipes. If you subscribe to my channel, you will be able to search for various egg recipes easily, so please subscribe to our channel. Thank you for watching to the end today. Please give us a good button. See you in the next video. Bye.
