【漬けるだけ】これはマジでウマすぎる…『悪魔の万能アボカド』ハンバーグ、豆腐、チーズ、食パン、野菜ディップ、タルタルソース、何でもやみつき!低糖質/悪魔のタレ/おつまみ/作り置き/野菜漬け

Hello, everyone! Today I’ll show you ‘Devil’s Versatile Avocado Marinade’. That goes well with everything, Today’s recipe is too simple to call a recipe. You can marinade or just toss and serve in a few minutes. Let’s get started. I’ll prepare avocado at last. This is a kind of avocado I’d recommend. The name is ‘Koku-uma Avocado’ which you can find at Summit supermarket. It has such a umami so I hope you can find one. Let’s prepare the sauce. I’ll use 2 cloves of garlic and 1 small piece of ginger. [Store-bought will do too! Start with half an amount of garlic and ginger and adjust the taste later on.] As always, I’ll use ginger with skin since it brings out more fragrance. You can peel it if you like, though. I’ll grate both of them. As I always do, remove the sprout in the center, using the edge of a knife. It removes easily in this way. Using a grater, just grate it. I’m using fresh garlic and ginger but you can use store-bought as well. I’m using 2 cloves of garlic but 1 is OK too. I personally prefer the potency of garlic and ginger. That’s why I use extra, but you can start with 1 clove and add more when you check the taste later on. Please find your preference. I’m moving on to ginger in the same grater. Place the grated garlic and ginger in a shaker bottle. You can use any container or bowl. Adding the condiments. First, Ponzu. Any brand will do but I recommend this ‘Umajimura’ brand Yuzu Ponzu (citrus flavor). Add 6 tablespoons of Yuzu Ponzu. Add 2 teaspoons of fish stock. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar. Add 2 teaspoons of Gochujang. For spicier taste, add 1 tablespoon. Add 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil. Close the lid tightly and shake well. Here is Devil’s marinade sauce. Let’s prepare the avocado. I recommend cutting them at last to keep it from turning brown. Insert the knife in the center line. Open it like this. Remove the pit. This is a big one! Peel the skin off. This avocado dish is so versatile. Serve with hamburger steak, cheese, tofu, salad, anything you like. Also as a topping of the rice bowl. How to cut is totally up to your choice. You can go with diced.. I simply slice it lengthwise. Thinly, like this. Shape doesn’t matter. This is how they are done. Pour the sauce over them. For the finishing touch I’ll add some roasted sesame seeds. It’s up to you. I like adding it plenty. For spicier taste, add some hot chili pepper flakes. This completes Devil’s marinade sauce. As you can see, they’re not fully soaked. I used this container for the presentation. A plastic bag may do a better job of marinade. So it’ll be your choice. It’s perfectly ready to eat as it is or chill it in the fridge overnight. Then it’ll be more versatile and servable with various dishes. You are looking at it after 1 full day of marinade. It’s ready to serve as an appetizer to go with your choice of drink. I’ll show you another recipe of this variation, using a slice of bread. Take about 2/3 of avocado marinade. I’m saving the rest for other dishes. Lightly mash the avocado. I’m going to make a variation of Tartar sauce. You can add some minced onion here, if you like. Or add some boiled potato to make potato salad. Coarsely mash the avocado. To it add 2 boiled eggs. Adding another boiled egg, total of 3. Half amount of fully marinade avocado may be enough. Or less. Combine them coarsely. Add 1 tablespoon of mayo. You can decide the amount but at least 1 tablespoon, I’d say. Sprinkle some freshly ground pepper. Mix it lightly. Here is ‘Devil’s Avocado Tartar Sauce’. I’m going to top it on a slice of bread, along with cheese, and toast it. For those on a diet, such as low-carb diet, serve as a dip for veggie sticks. Please try and enjoy it. Let’s toast the bread. Place the tartar sauce on a slice of bread. Add some shredded cheese on top of it. Put it in the toaster oven. Voilla! I prepared other ingredients as well. Let’s do the tasting. Let’s have a tasting now! Itadakimasu! First, Kanpai! I want you to taste the warm dish first. This one, then? I wanted to eat this most! A toast. Is it good? It’s so good on bread! Yum! Very good, really! Too good! Marinade made such a difference here. The best… So good that I’m having goosebumps. Yum! If you can taste it you’ll know what I mean. This is New! I’ll order this if they serve it at the restaurant. I’m moving on to the next dish.. I already know it’s good… Perfect compatibility with rice.. Is this the same one as in marinade? Yeah. Whether cooked or not makes a difference to the same dish. One is sour and a totally different dish. I have to repeat.. so good with rice! Seriously, the sauce is awesome. Similar to the one with a rice bowl. It doesn’t keep well so it should be marinated alone. But salmon or tuna will be well compatible. Honestly, you’ll have some leftover sauce. Use the remaining sauce on a seafood rice bowl that’ll be so good.. I strongly recommend this tofu version for those on a diet. I promise it’ll be incredible. That’ll go so well definitely. Since the sauce is creamy, tofu is not boring at all. I really hope you’ll make this! I suppose more women are fond of avocados. Who are often tofu eaters. Sweet! Avocados have lots of vitamins which are beneficial for skin care. Protein too. Eggs provide protein too. It’s a completely balanced meal. Seriously it’s good.. Well, today we showed you the ‘Devil’s Versatile Avocado Marinade’, which requires only soaking or tossing. Other than the dishes we showed you here, arrange it with hamburger steak, as in Loco Moco Bowl. It’s such a versatile dish which goes well with many different dishes. Please make it at home. My #1 choice will be with tofu which I can eat as it is. The toast was good too. Yes, the tartar sauce on toast is so good. It’ll be something you’ve never had before. As I said earlier, potato salad is another good variation. Also as a dip for veggie sticks for those who are on a diet. Anything else to add? They were so good. When served immediately just by tossing with the sauce is great too. Marinades and softened one are great as well. They are 2 different dishes. For avocado lovers, I’m confident they’ll love this. 【材料】(保存期間:冷蔵で約4日くらい)
●アボカド:2個
●お好みのポン酢:大さじ5~6(酸味抑えたい方は5で!)
●あごだし(4倍濃縮):小さじ2(めんつゆ、白だしでもOK)
●コチュジャン:小さじ2(豆板醤でもOK)
●砂糖:小さじ2
●ごま油:小さじ2
●おろしにんにく:1~2片(チューブタイプでもOK)
●おろし生姜:にんにくの半分くらい(チューブタイプでもOK)
●唐辛子:お好み量(無くても十分美味しいよ)
●炒りごま:お好み量
※にんにくや生姜は後から足しても大丈夫なのでまずは少ない量で物足りなかったら足してあげるようにして下さい。
※そのまま食べたい方は漬けずに和えたらすぐ食べれます。
※残ったタレは違う物を漬けたり、そのまま野菜のドレッシング、餃子や海鮮丼とかのタレにも使えますよ♪

今回は『悪魔の万能アボカド漬け』を作りました。
ポン酢、和風出汁、味噌などの旨味があわさって
何て言い表したら良いか分からないくらい
とんでもなくやみつきでめちゃくちゃ美味しい味になってます。
そんな悪魔のタレとコク旨なアボカドが超合うんです!
そのまま食べたり、何かの上に乗せるだけでも最高に旨いんですが
ペーストすれば万能ソースにもなるので
ゆで卵と合わせてディップソースにしたりポテトサラダなどなど
皆さんのお好みで色々楽しみ尽くしちゃって下さい!
いつも通り食べれば食べるほどハマる…悪魔的旨さです🤤
和えるだけで本当に簡単なので是非一度、作ってみて下さい。

【Ingredients】(Preservation period: about 4 days refrigerated)
● Avocado: 2
● Your favorite ponzu sauce: 5 to 6 tablespoons (or 5 if you prefer a
less acidic taste!)
● Fish stock (4 times concentrated): 2 teaspoons (Men-tsuyu or white
soup stock can be used)
● Gochujang (soybean paste): 2 teaspoons (Dou ban jiang is also fine)
● Sugar: 2 teaspoons
● Sesame oil: 2 teaspoons
● Grated garlic: 1 to 2 cloves (you can use the tube type)
● Grated ginger: About half of the garlic (you can use the tube type)
● Chili pepper: As much as you like (it tastes good without it)
● Roasted sesame seeds: As much as you like.
※ The garlic and ginger can be added later, so start with a small
amount and add more if it’s not enough.
※ If you want to eat it as it is, you can eat it right away without soaking.
※ You can also use the leftover sauce to marinate other things, dress
vegetables, dumplings, seafood bowls, etc.

This time, I made “Devil’s Versatile Avocado Marinade” with a
combination of ponzu, Japanese soup stock, miso, and other flavors.
I don’t even know how to describe it, but it’s so addictive and delicious.
The devil’s sauce and the rich avocado go together so well!
You can eat it as it is, or just put it on top of something, and it’s
really good.
If you paste it, it becomes an all-purpose sauce, so you can use it as
a dipping sauce with boiled eggs, potato salad, etc.
As always, the more you eat, the more you fall in love with it… it’s
devilishly delicious!
