Let’s start with the hamburger ingredients. Here are the ingredients. I will use ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, eggs, milk, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper, and salad oil for the hamburger. First of all, the key to this hamburger is mayonnaise and sugar. The addition of mayonnaise will help keep the tenderness even when cold.

Adding a little sugar gives the meat a richer flavor and makes it even more tender. And one more point. I will add milk. The milk will remove the smell of the meat and make it even richer. Next, here are the ingredients for the sauce for stewed hamburger patties. Here are the ingredients.

Onions, shimeji mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, canned tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, granulated consommé, salted butter, sugar, water, and sauce are made with these ingredients. Then add the rest of the ingredients. First is the milk. Then breadcrumbs and eggs. And mayonnaise for the points. Please put this one in as well. Now add the onions that have cooled well.

Be sure to let the onions cool before adding the meat because if the onions are hot, the meat will burn. Then knead this one firmly. OK. Knead the mixture firmly like this. Then divide the dough into 4 equal portions, so divide this one into 4 equal portions first. Roughly OK.

Then I will put the carrots in this empty space. The carrots take a little while to cook through, so we’re going to cook them with the hamburger. Put it in an open space like this. Then put it on the fire. The heat is low-medium.

The first thing to do is to cook them until they make a sizzling sound. When it starts to sizzle like this, I add a tablespoon of water, which is not included in the quantity. Then put the lid on. The heat is low. Continue baking until browned. 3 minutes have passed.

Then I open the lid. And check the browning once. And turn over from the one that has a nice browning. Have ho. It’s browning deliciously like this. Flip this one over as well. And then keep the carrots rolling a little bit. Once the carrots are rolled too, put the lid on again.

The heat is low. Continue to cook until the underside is browned as well, about 2-3 minutes. Bake for roughly 5-6 minutes total. This baking time depends on the thickness and size of the hamburger, so you can adjust it as you see fit. It has been about 2 minutes now. Open the lid.

It is baked like this deliciously. Check the browning once. If the browning is good now, it’s OK. Turn off the heat. Then take this hamburger out once. If you overcook it too much, the hamburger will become tough, so be sure to take the hamburger out once.

Then leave the carrots here in the pan. It’s a little bit greasy, so I wipe off about half the oil. Wipe off the parts that are a little burnt. OK. Leave this much oil. Then let’s put the vegetables in here first. Onions and then shimeji mushrooms. Then I put it on the fire.

Medium heat. First of all, vegetables are stir-fried. Let the vegetables soak up the juices from this meat. Once roughly cooked like this, turn off the heat. The remaining ingredients are added here. First we add canned tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, consommé, sugar, and water. Once the water is added, turn on the heat.

Heat these whole tomatoes while crushing them. When it boils like this, turn off the heat again. Then put back in the hamburger that you just took out. And add the butter here. Now put it on the heat again. Butter should be added last to properly preserve the aroma.

Cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Cook the hamburger with a spoon or something like this, pouring the sauce over the hamburger. Flip the hamburger occasionally as well. If the sauce thickens, you are good to go. And lastly, here is the broccoli that has been heated in the microwave.

    私は手の込んだのが苦手で、材料見ただけで諦めそうになりましたが、美味しそうでどうしても食べたくなって、気合はいりました。
    人参は嫌いですが入れてみました。実は昨日から作るつもりでしたが、パン粉が無くて午前中買いに行きました。
    やっと出来上がった煮込みハンバーグは今まで食べたハンバーグで1番おいしかったです。嫌いな人参もソースが美味しいので美味しく食べれました。👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
