創味シャンタン小さじ1、黒胡椒、オイスターソース小さじ1/2を入れ沸かし
豚バラ100g、長ねぎ60g入れ煮ておろしにんにく1片、ごま油小さじ1入れ煮る
ご飯200gに海苔をかけ、肉、たくあん、あれば冷凍とろろをのせ完成
