最後にブラックペッパーをお好み量
※ただ巻いて焼くだけシリーズ第7弾。

[Ingredients]
Pork belly: about 350g
Rice cake: 5 pieces
Sliced cheese: 5 slices
Sake (Cooking alcohol): 1 tablespoon
Proper amount of flour
[Honey Butter Soy Sauce]
Butter: 20 g
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Mirin (Sweet sauce): 1 tablespoon
Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
Honey: 1 tablespoon (sugar is OK too)
Finish with a generous amount of black pepper to taste.
