    This time I would like to make a very healthy gratin with tofu cream. This time, I will make it healthy and without using flour. Ingredients will be made with plenty of vegetables. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time.

Silken tofu, broccoli, sliced bacon, shimeji mushrooms, onions, melted cheese, salted butter, miso, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and these ingredients. First of all, it’s tofu, but make sure you use silk tofu.

    And as for the ingredients, broccoli, bacon, shimeji mushrooms, and onions are to be added, but you can use whatever you like. I’m going to make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s get started making it. First, the shimeji mushrooms. Shimeji mushrooms are cut off at the root.

    Then let the whole thing fall apart. OK. Keep the shimeji sequentially like this. Next is broccoli. Cut only large pieces of broccoli in half. Make a slit like this and tear by hand. Like this. The rest is cut in the same way. The broccoli is now ready. Next is the onions.

    Onions are sliced along the fibers. The hefty part is cut off. Onions are now OK. Bacon is next. Peel off the bacon first, one piece at a time. Then cut it into 1 cm wide pieces. Can also use thick cut bacon here. And let it be broken up. Cut the bacon like this.

    If you don’t use bacon here, I think it would be delicious with sausage or something. Can put it in as you like. Tofu pinched. Tofu will be drained in the microwave. First, put two layers of kitchen paper on top of each other. Then place the tofu here. Let’s wrap the tofu.

    Fold the overlapping part down and both sides in as well. In this state, heat in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 3 minutes. Heated for 3 minutes. Then take off the kitchen paper so you don’t burn yourself. It’s very hot, so be really careful not to burn yourself.

    Then wipe off the water with kitchen paper again. This is how you drain the tofu. Put into bowls. Have ho. First mix with a whisk until the whole mixture is smooth. OK. Mix thoroughly until smooth like this. Next, add miso paste. And mix well.

    After this, add the mayonnaise, but if the tofu is still hot, let it cool. If mayonnaise is added in this state, the mayonnaise will separate. So this one is still a little hot too, so I take it off the heat. It is OK as long as it is at human skin temperature.

    Heat is removed. Then we add mayonnaise here. And mix well with a whisk. I used a whisk this time, but you can use a hand blender or food processor to make it smooth. The tofu cream is now complete. Easy recipes at home Making tofu sauce in a frying pan.

    First, let’s add butter here. And then put it on the heat. Melt the butter, spreading it throughout. Heat is medium. When half melted, add onions, bacon, broccoli, and shimeji mushrooms here. Fry this one first. And sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. A pinch or two. And then we fry them.

    And if the core of the broccoli is cooked, it’s ok. Then add the tofu. Then fry the whole thing. When the mixture is puffed up like this, turn off the heat. Tofu sauce is now ready. Now I will put it in the gratin dish.

    Finally, a generous amount of melted cheese is sprinkled on top. Now I will bake this in the toaster until golden brown. It baked well. It’s done. It looks delicious. Bake until this much browning is achieved. Easy recipes at home Tofu au gratin is now ready. This is how it turned out.

    If you don’t want to use the microwave, try wrapping it in kitchen paper and placing a weight on top of it to drain. In that case, drain for roughly 30 minutes to an hour.

    And please note that tofu is very hot after draining in the microwave, so please be careful not to burn yourself. After draining, wipe off the water and mix with a whisk until smooth. If you add the mayonnaise while the tofu is still hot, it will easily separate from the mayonnaise.

    And when the tofu cream is ready, fry the ingredients in butter and when finished frying, add the tofu cream and mix. Now all you have to do is put it on a gratin dish, top it with cheese and bake it in the toaster, so it’s very easy.

    I baked it in the toaster this time, but you can also bake it in the oven until it is golden brown. I used the same amount for one gratin dish, but I think it makes enough for about two people. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make.
