extremely confused. Started with what looks like guanchale or pancetta. Then chicken. Then veg. add the water (or vermouth i guess, even worse), kinda makes sense. Let it simmer…. doesn't seem terrible at this point. Then…. LEMON? WTF? And then somehow that all equals Salad. And then Rice.
