【トマトを使ったレシピ】フライドガーリックが香る!トマトの冷製パスタ

Remove the buds from the garlic and slice them thinly. Cut the stems from the perilla leaves and cut them into thin strips . Cut the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and turn on the heat to warm it up (low heat). Spread it out, add the garlic, and stir-fry until it changes color. Stir-fry slowly over low heat to avoid burning. When it turns golden brown, turn off the heat and let it cool. Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add the shiso leaves. Stir-fried garlic and olive oil. Add all of the ingredients and squeeze out half a lemon. Add a little soy sauce, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix. Mix well and put it in the fridge to cool. Boil the pasta. Add the pasta and boil for the time specified. Once it’s boiled . Drain the cod in a colander and place in ice water to cool. Finish! Add the chilled pasta to the bowl with the ingredients. Mix well. Once everything is mixed, serve. To finish, drizzle with plenty of olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper, and it’s done! Many recipes for cold pasta use raw garlic, but this recipe uses slow-fried garlic until golden brown, which reduces the spiciness of the garlic and gives it a fragrant aroma that whets the appetite.It ‘s easy to eat even in the hot summer.
