Spicy Mushroom Ghee roast 🤤

Recipe

1.Put the cashews and dry red chilies in a bowl of hot water and soak them for 15 minutes. In a skillet, add the coriander, fennel, cumin, and black pepper seeds.

2. Once aromatic, dry roast them. Allow to cool and set away. Add the roasted seeds, cashews and chillies that have been soaked, ginger, garlic, and tamarind paste to a blender. Add water to create a fine puree.Add chopped mushrooms to a pan with a table spoon of heated ghee.

3. They take two minutes to sauté. Remove and store for a later time. Add ground masala paste to a pan with 2 tablespoons heated ghee. Fry until it comes away from the pan. Add salt to taste and water to consistency. Sauté till ghee emerges. Cook the curry leaves and sautéed mushrooms for three minutes over a low heat.
