    🌟Ingredients:
    Green onion 70g
    Egg 2
    Neutral oil 4 tbs

    ➡️For seasoning the seafoods:
    Peeled and deveined shrimps and squid rings 150g
    A pitch of salt and black pepper.
    ➡️For making batter
    Flour 1/2 cup
    Potato starch (make it more crispy) 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    COLD water 3/4 cup
    ➡️ Pan size: 28cm ( 11”) non-stick pan

    🌟Steps:
    1. Food preparation:
    – Trim off the roots of the green onions.
    – Split them lengthwise.
    – Slice them into 2-3 inch segments.
    – Season shrimps and squid rings with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    2.Make the Batter:
    – Whisk together flour, potato starch, garlic powder, and cold water until smooth.
    – Add the prepared green onions and seasoned seafood, ensuring they are well-coated with the batter.

    3.Cook the Pancake:
    – Heat a pan until hot, over medium heat, add oil.
    – Add the green onions and seafood, spreading them evenly.
    – Pour in the remaining batter and then pour two beaten eggs on top.
    – Let it cook for about 5-6 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then quickly flip it over.
    – Add a bit more oil and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
    – Transfer the pancake to a cutting board and cut it into even pieces.

    4. Make the Dipping Sauce:
    – Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
