I want to LIVE in Finbec's lobby! I would be supremely happy there!! Okay! I could live in EVERY SHOP'S LOBBY!! I could rotate!! I LOVE all of them!! I especially love how the Baker says sprinkle with cinnamon, and they are completely covered in cinnamon sugar!!! Gotta get some!! Does anyone know what these Bakers do with leftover breads?? Cranberries and candied orange peel would be a yuumy combo!!! Holiday special?? Im REALLY starting to think I need to come there, immerse myself in the baking culture, and eat AMAZING BREAD, maybe find a way to learn more about baking bread, and ship a truckload of it home before returning!! These bakers are INCREDIBLY CREATIVE!! I could learn SO MUCH just by watching!!

Asian bakery men are lucky that they have almost no arm hair. They don't have to shave there arms to get all the hair off like some of my male baker friends.
When I lived in Japan, I was amazed by the abundance of really great bakeries everywhere. Some of the best breads and pastries I've eaten anywhere, including things I never saw anywhere else. I really miss Japan
I guess i won't have any chance to enjoy anything like these. I am old and can't afford to go oversea…
