      Knowing what Japan normally does, which is inventing ways to make things easier with interesting doohickeys, I am surprised that they still do things the old way (looking at the cook doing mundane things that can be done with small machine type instrument if you just would think a little bit out of the box.)
      Their whole way of life is not what I have in mind.
      I noticed that the clientele was a bit on the overweight end of the scale… The portions are a bit on the ridiculous size. The clip never showed what the end of the mail looks like. Did they eat everything and left clean plates?
