【鶏肉とキノコのレモンバターチーズパスタ】
今日は、超簡単超時短レシピである「ワンボウルレンチンパスタ」シリーズです。
ワンボウルレンチンパスタとは〝鍋もフライパンもコンロも不要で、耐熱ボウル1個と電子レンジで作るお手軽の手抜きパスタ〟です。
電子レンジお任せすれば、余計な手間や洗い物も最小限に抑えることが出来て、めちゃくちゃ楽チンなんです！
今回作ったパスタは、『鶏肉とキノコのレモンバターチーズパスタ』です。
鶏肉とレモンの相性って抜群！さらにバターチーズでコクがプラスされて、あっさりだけどしっかり味の爽やかなパスタに仕上がっています。また、ソースに鶏肉の出汁もでてしっかり旨みも感じます！
レンジでとてもお手軽なのに、新鮮でお腹も心も満足するパスタです。ぜひ簡単にすませたいときのお食事にお試しください。

〈材料〉
パスタ(3分茹でタイプ) 100g
鶏もも肉 100g
きのこ 1/4パック
水 250cc
☆オリーブオイル 大さじ1
☆塩 適量
◯レモン汁 大さじ1
◯バター 5g
◯粉チーズ 大さじ2
◯ブラックペッパー 少々
