【少ない油、フライパンひとつ】ヤンニョムチキンのレシピ・作り方

    少ない油でフライパンひとつで仕上げます。

    Chicken thigh meat: 2 pieces (500 g)
    (A) Sake: 1 tablespoon
    (A) Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
    (A) Pepper: a little
    Flour flour: 2 tbsp
    Potato starch: 4 tbsp
    Salad oil: 5 tablespoons
    (B) Garlic (grated): 1/2 piece
    (B) Kochujang: 3 tablespoons
    (B) Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoons
    (B) soy sauce, sugar: 1 tbsp each
    (B) Vinegar: 2 teaspoons

    【Preparation】 Bring (B) together.

    [1] Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add salt, pepper and sake.
    Pour the flour into the whole and sprinkle with the starch.

    [2] After putting the salad oil and chicken on the pan in the pan,
    Heat on strong medium heat and do not move.
    When it is fresh, fry it for about 5 minutes, turn it upside down, heat it for another 3 minutes, and take out. (※ Please note that the oil splashes)

    [3] Since it is hot, take care of the burn and wipe off the oil in the pan.
    (※ It is safer to remove from the heat and then wipe it off a little.)
    Put (B) in frying pan over medium heat,
    Add the whole thing and add it and entangle it.
    If the chicken gets caught and the water is almost gone, serve it.
    Add lettuce as you like.
