冷凍ごはん 150から200グラム
たまご 4個(軽くといでおく)
長ねぎ 少々(みじん切り)
万能ねぎ 少々(小口切り)
塩 適量

豚バラスライス 100グラム
キムチ(無添加をおすすめします!) 100グラム

チャーハンを作っている中華鍋に豚キムチを入れるとチャーハンのパラパラ感が損なわれてしますのでチャーハンと豚キムチと別につくり最後に盛りつけるようにするのがポイントです!

If you're talking about "kimchi" being a Japanese word, its actually a Korean dish.

@JosKiddin actually, He is a pro and this is stir fry cooking. The movement of the food items need to be quick and fast because the wok is really hot, which can seem aggressive and noisy to many. Go to any chinese kitchen and you'll see why.

慣れれば中華鍋の方が炒飯は作りやすいですよね。油は中華料理店に比べるとだいぶ少なめですよ。
