Whole New Potatoes Simmered in Minced Soboro


◎ Materials
・5 to 6 medium-sized new potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
・Minced pork 200g

・Soy sauce 1 all-purpose cup (4 tablespoons)
・Sake All-purpose cup 1
・Hon Mirin All-purpose cup 1
  (I used 1/2 this time)
・Potato starch dissolved in water about 2 tablespoons


◎How to make

① Put all ingredients and seasonings in a large saucepan and heat with IR8.
If it rattles, cook in IR3 until potatoes are soft.

② If you like, thicken with water-soluble potato starch and you’re done!


New potatoes are hot
I can eat as much as I want.

I put in a fairly large whole potato (cut into bite-size pieces everyone!)
Because it has good thermal conductivity, the fire went through (laughs)

新じゃが丸ごとそぼろ煮


◎材料
・新じゃが 中5〜6個(一口大に切る)
・豚ひき肉 200g

・醤油 万能カップ1(大さじ4)
・酒 万能カップ1
・本みりん 万能カップ1(私は今回1/2)
・水溶き片栗粉 大さじ2くらい


◎作り方

①大ソースパンに全ての材料と
調味料を入れてIR8で加熱。
カタカタしたらIR3でじゃがいもが
柔らかくなるまで。
②お好みで水溶き片栗粉で
とろみをつけたら完成!



新じゃがってホクホクしてて
いくらでも食べれちゃう。

割と大きいジャガイモ丸ごと入れたけど
(みんなは一口大に切ってね!)
熱伝導率がいいから火が通った(笑)
