Here is the recipe of Bamboo Shoots Rice and Grilled Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients:

– Bamboo Shoots Rice

300g rice

170g boiled dice cut bamboo Shoots
25g sliced thin fried tofu

400g bonito stock
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp sweet sake
1and 1/3 light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt

– Grilled Bamboo Shoots

boiled bamboo shoots

2 tbsp bonito stock
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sweet sake

− たけのこご飯

米　２合

角切りのタケノコの水煮　１７０g
細切りした油揚げ　２５g

鰹だし　４００ml
酒　大さじ２
みりん　大さじ２
薄口醤油　大さじ１と１/３
塩　小さじ１/２

− たけのこの姿焼き

タケノコの水煮

鰹だし　大さじ２
濃口醤油　大さじ１
みりん　大さじ１/２
