【チヂミ(Chives Pancake)】の作り方⭐️with English subtitled
Welcome to Beauty-Healthy Korean Food channel! Today, we’ll make chives pancake. Let’s start with the preparation. First, shred carrots. Next, cut the onions in half and slice them. Chaves are cut into 3 or 4 cm length. Tuna cans can be cut off oil. You can remove it. Make the dough. Add 1 cup of flour, 5 tbsp of rice flour (or starch), 1 egg, water and mix. Don’t add all the water. Add water while adjusting the hardness of the dough. After mixing well, add a pinch of salt and a little pepper and mix further. Turn it over again and bake it for about 30 seconds. I’ve completed a chives pancake! Next time, put the kimchi in the dough. I’ll make chives-kimchi pancakes. Add oil to the heated frying pan and pour the dough. If you add kimchi, bake it for about 3 mins between medium and low heat, as it is slightly easier to burn. When it is brown, turn it over and press it. Turn the inside out after it has been baked for about 3 mins. Turn it over and bake it for about 30 seconds. It is delicious if you eat it as it is, but it is also delicious if you add it to a sauce made with vinegar soy sauce and sesame seeds.
