【簡単】トマトソースパスタ(Spaghetti with tomato sauce)

Spaghetti tomato sauce Pasta / bacon / garlic / chili pepper / canned tomato Chop the garlic Cut the bacon into thin strips Put some olive oil, the garlic and bacon into a frying pan, Stir fry slowly over a low heat until the bacon is crunchy Oh looks nice Add some white wine

Mix it lightly and add the canned tomato I’m gonna use half of it this time I recommend whole tomato. It’s better than cut one. Crush the tomatoes and cook down to absorb liquid If there are hard ones, crush them after cook well Tap Tap Add the chili pepper, salt and pepper.

Now hard ones became to be crushed easily It has been cooked down I’m gonna boil the pasta Boil it one or two minutes shorter The sauce is cooked down well Add the boiled pasta water and the boiled pasta and cook it down together

Add some boiled pasta water if the sauce is lack of moisture Cook it until the pasta is done Oh ~ it looks great Alright Tomato sauce pasta is coming~ It’s done ~~~~~~ ♫ Wow~ it’s good smell~ Then, it’s time to eat~! ITADAKIMASU! Oh~ my goodness It’s really delicious

The tomatoes sauce’s richness is perfect and the taste of bacon and garlic are balanced well Pasta completely covered with the sauce by boiling the pasta and sauce together This is really fantastic taste I should have made about 20 times more It was so yummy~ haha It’s my favorite Dorayaki (red bean pancake)

とっても美味しいトマトソースパスタ🍅

備蓄に便利なトマト缶とパスタ。
ベーコンを冷凍保存しておけば、とっても美味しい備蓄メニューになります。

◎材料
・パスタ:100g – 150g
・トマト缶:200g(半分)
・ニンニク:2個
・ベーコン:25g
・鷹の爪:1本分
・白ワイン:大さじ2
・オリーブオイル:大さじ3
・塩コショウ:少々

◎ポイント
・トマト缶はカットよりもホールトマトがオススメです。(トマトの種類が違うみたい)
・パスタは最後に茹で汁を加えながら煮込むので、途中の塩コショウは薄めにしておきます。

◎作り方
1・にんにくをみじん切りに、ベーコンは細切りにする
2・フライパンにオリーブオイル、にんにく、ベーコンを入れ、弱火でじっくり炒める
  ※ニンニクは焦げないくらいで、ベーコンはカリカリになるくらい
3・白ワインをいれて軽く馴染ませ、トマトソースを入れる
4・鷹の爪、塩こしょう(薄め)を入れ、トマトをつぶしながら、煮詰める
5・しっかり煮詰まったら、パスタの茹で汁と、1〜2分短く茹でたパスタを加え、弱火で一緒に煮込む。茹で汁を加えながら水分調整をし、パスタを仕上げて完成

Spaghetti with tomato sauce is really delicious🍅

◎ Ingredients
・Pasta:100-150g
・Canned tomatoes:200g (half of a can)
・Garlic:2
・Bacon:about 25g
・Olive oil:3 tbsp
・White wine:2 tbsp
・Chili pepper
・Salt & pepper

◎ TIP
・Canned tomatoes are whole one is better than the cut one for this recipe.
・Salt & pepper add not so much because the boiled pasta water which used for last step is salty.

◎ Directions
1・ Chop the garlics and cut the bacon into thin strips.
2・ Put some olive oil, garlic and bacon in a frying pan and stir fry slowly over low heat.
3・Add the white wine when the bacon is crispy, mix it lightly.
4・Add the canned tomatoes and crush them.
5・ Add the chili pepper, salt&pepper and cook it down.
6・When the sauce is cooked down well , add the boiled pasta water and boiled pasta that are short for about 1,2 minutes and simmer together over low heat.
7・Add the boiled pasta water when the sauce is lack of moisture, and the pasta completely covered with sauce, it’s done!
